Our refund and cancellation policy for reservations, events, and catering services. Please review these terms carefully.
Restaurant Reservations
Cancellation Policy
Standard restaurant reservations can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours before your reservation time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For large group reservations (8 or more guests), please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or modifications.
Events & Catering
Cancellation Timeline
30+ days before event: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
14-29 days before event: 50% refund
7-13 days before event: 25% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund
Deposit Policy
Events and catering services require a deposit (typically 50% of the total cost) to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled event within 6 months of the original date, subject to availability.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards do not expire and can be used for any purchase at La Fornara. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.
Food Orders & Takeout
Once a food order has been prepared and picked up, we cannot offer refunds. However, if you experience an issue with your order (incorrect items, quality concerns), please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, severe weather, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a suitable solution.
